Policies
� Smoking is not permitted in the house or the cottage. Outside areas are provided for smokers.
� Cancellations/Deposits: One (1) night room rate is charged at booking and is a refundable deposit, unless the cancellation is received less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The balance is due upon arrival. Special events require a one month (30 days) written notice. No cash refunds are given.
� Pets can be accommodated depending on size in the North American Cottage. Pet owners are responsible for any and all damages to the guest room or the common areas that are caused by the pet while it is on premise.
� Accommodations are not suitable for children. Children under 15 are not allowed.
� Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 12:00 noon. Early or late Check-ins or Check-outs require advance coordination when the reservation is made.
� Minimum stay required: 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). Events require 3-5 nights minimum, please inquire.
